Let me know if you’d like:

  • A single session for 20

  • Or a 2-session bundle (which you can use at your own pace) for 35

All sessions are written only, through WhatsApp chat—no video, no calls.

3. Book a Time

We’ll agree on a quiet 45-minute slot that suits you. You’ll receive a confirmation and a short welcome note before your session begins.

4. Begin Your Session

At the scheduled time, just open the chat. You can:

  • Share what’s on your mind

  • Reflect quietly and type as you go

  • Receive gentle questions to help you open up

  • Ask for input—but only if you want it
